Credentialing for providers and practices

Insurance credentialing, simplified.

Credentialing is not hard, it is relentless: CAQH kept current, one application per payer done exactly their way, then weeks of follow-up calls nobody has time to make. We prepare every application complete, submit with your authorization, chase every payer until you have a decision, and send you a status update every week. Start with a free readiness check: which panels are open where you practice, and what your file is missing.

Email, state, and specialty. That's all we need.

Flat fee per payer, quoted before you pay anything. Solo therapists to group practices.

The workflow

How it works.

Four clear stages. Nothing submitted unseen.

  1. 01

    Free readiness check, in minutes.

Tell us your state and specialty. We come back with the panels worth applying to where you practice, what your file will need, and the exact cost. No call, no payment.

  2. 02

    One document checklist.

License, NPI, liability insurance, W-9, practice details, one time. We flag anything missing or inconsistent before a payer ever sees it.

  3. 03

    We prepare and submit.

Every application built complete, submitted with your written authorization. Nothing goes out that you have not seen.

  4. 04

    We chase, you get updates.

Weekly status email on every application. We make the follow-up calls, answer payer requests, and stay on it until you are in network.

No fine print

Straight answers.

Credentialing takes patience. Our answers do not.

01Can I do this myself?
Yes, credentialing is free to do yourself. What you are paying for is completeness and persistence: applications done exactly the way each payer wants the first time, and the follow-up calls made every week so your application does not sit at the bottom of a payer's queue while you see clients.
02How long does it take?
Payers take 60 to 150 days and no vendor controls that. What we control: your application goes in complete on day one, and it never stalls for a missing document or an unanswered payer request. Incomplete applications and silent queues are where most of the usual delay lives.
03Do you guarantee panel acceptance?
No, and walk away from anyone who does. Closed panels are real. Your free readiness check tells you which panels in your area are worth applying to and which are a waste of your money, before you spend any.
04Who does the work?
A U.S.-based credentialing desk prepares and tracks every application, and a named reviewer checks each one before it reaches you. You always know who is on your file, and your logins and documents are never shared beyond the application they are for.
